Bybit Launches U.S. Stock and ETF Trading for Global Users
Crypto exchange Bybit now offers access to more than 1,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs, expanding beyond digital assets for its 80 million users.
Bybit, the Dubai-based trading platform with more than 80 million registered users worldwide, has expanded into equities, giving eligible global customers the ability to trade over 1,000 U.S.-listed stocks and exchange-traded funds, the company announced Oct. 12, 2026.
The move marks a significant strategic pivot for a platform that built its reputation primarily in cryptocurrency markets. By folding traditional equities — including shares of major U.S. companies such as Apple — into its existing infrastructure, Bybit is positioning itself as a broader financial services hub rather than a standalone crypto exchange.

Bybit has not disclosed the specific brokerage or regulatory framework underpinning the equities offering, and access is limited to eligible users, suggesting geographic or compliance-based restrictions apply. The company did not provide details on fee structures or the custodial arrangements governing stock holdings within the platform.
