Crescent Real Estate LLC has finalized the sale of The Hotel at Avalon, a 330-room luxury hotel situated inside Avalon, the award-winning mixed-use destination in Alpharetta, Georgia, the Fort Worth-based firm announced Thursday.
The property was originally acquired by Crescent in September 2020, a period marked by significant disruption across the hospitality sector. The transaction marks a notable exit from an asset the firm held through one of the most challenging cycles in modern hotel investment history.
