ScanlanKemperBard (SKB), a Portland-based commercial real estate investor, developer and operator, has joined forces with KCB Partners to acquire Trellis West, a four-building office campus located in Hillsboro, Oregon, the companies announced October 5, 2026.
The property adds 214,152 square feet to SKB's expanding Oregon portfolio. At the time of acquisition, Trellis West was approximately 90% leased, indicating strong occupancy in a suburban submarket that has drawn technology and life-sciences tenants to the Portland metro area.
