Wayland Group Securities Settlement Claim Deadline Extended to Nov. 30
Claimants in the Wayland Group Corp. securities class action now have until November 30, 2026 to submit compensation claims with documentation.
The deadline for class members to file claims in the Wayland Group Corp. securities class action settlement has been pushed back to November 30, 2026, according to an announcement from Berger Montague (Canada) PC, the court-appointed settlement administrator.
Wayland Group Corp., formerly known as Maricann Group Corp., is the subject of a securities class action that resulted in a settlement fund available to eligible investors. The extension gives affected shareholders additional time to gather and submit supporting documentation required to receive compensation.

Berger Montague (Canada) PC is administering the settlement process, which requires class members to submit a formal claim accompanied by qualifying documentation before the revised deadline. Missing the cutoff could bar eligible investors from recovering any portion of the settlement.
Investors who held shares in Wayland Group Corp. or Maricann Group Corp. during the relevant class period and have not yet submitted a claim are urged to review their eligibility and act before the November 30, 2026 deadline. No further extensions have been announced at this time.
